Let me walk you through our procedure:
- CDS will provide customized faxable order request forms to allow for quick and easy ordering.
- CDS can also receive Orders via Telephone.
- A Signing Agent from CDS, unless directed otherwise, will contact your client(s) to arrange an appointment and sign their loan documents at their office or in the comfort of their own home, day or evening.
- CDS will fax you the Set Order Notice that an appointment has been set with one of our notaries. (The Set Order Notice summarizes entire order)
- An experienced Signing Agent will meet your client(s) to go over the document(s) and have the document(s) executed.
- Executed documents are then promptly returned to your specified destination. (CDS can assume deliver cost if base fee is increased to compensate – please contact CDS for more information regarding this issue)
- Once the signing is complete, CDS will fax Order Confirmation Notice of the orders’ success. (This notice includes: Order Status, Delivery Tracking Number and any other additional notes.
- CDS guarantees an Order will be set within 2-hours for most signing requests!
